As the head of a forward looking cannabis company, the developer of the dHydonator needed a flashy way to introduce his first product to the world. Not only was the product breaking into an entirely new market, but we also had to introduce the brand itself, and we wanted to make a good first impression.
We had to make a splash but still make a tight deadline for a trade show. Working off of rough drawings, I developed and iterated on the product until we landed on a practical, but bold design that would stand out and get people talking. Using industry standard product design tools like Autodesk 3ds Max and Chaos Group V-Ray, I modeled, textured, lit and rendered a flashy product reveal.
